Customer Service Update

Following the easing of lockdown restrictions on 19th July, spas are now open across the UK.

In short, spas are now open, however there may be changes to traditional processes that you need to be mindful of when booking your stay. For example, many destinations are continuing to limit the number of people using the facilities at any given time in order to allow for social distancing, and to facilitate cleaning between guest visits. This might mean that you need to pre-book a time slot for use of facilities. It may also mean that spa destinations get booked up in advance.
