With leisure and relaxation at its core, Donnington Valley is an ideal getaway for a weekend or overnight stay where the emphasis is on laidback leisure. In particular, there is an 18 metre swimming pool surrounded by loungers, relaxation areas, good sized saunas and steam rooms, and outdoor terraces to relax with a drink in finer weather.

Children are welcome at the hotel and to use the pool and facilities, and have designated swimming times. However, the only treatments available to under 18 year olds are Manicure and Pedicure.

The 18 hole golf course that surrounds the hotel sets the scene for a calming break, while inside the facilities are spacious and filled with natural light. That includes a gym, a fitness studio, an 18-metre pool, steam room, sauna, aromatherapy room, a relaxation area and a sun terrace.
The spa’s treatment suite sits a little separate from the facilities themselves, allowing for a truly tranquil space. Along with an exclusive range of signature treatments, we also offer luxurious face and body treatments by Decleor, make up by Delilah, and Jessica for manicures and pedicures. There are seven treatment rooms and therapies range from facials, massages and scrubs to manicures, pedicures, tanning, finishing touches and make-up consultations.

Donnington Valley is under the same ownership as the The Vineyard nearby, and both have a reputation for excellent food and wine. So it is perhaps unsurprising that the WinePress Restaurant is enduringly popular. There are two menus; an à la carte menu for more formal dining, and a Bar and Mezze menu offering light snacks, coffees and pastries throughout the day. Meanwhile, the wine list really is a treat in its own right, showcasing a cellar of over 300 bins, 30 of which are available by the glass. The HangOut is an al fresco dining 'grill and chill', a unique dining experience where you can relax and dine in a safe, outdoor environment, whilst the award winning WinePress Restaurant brings together hearty food and exceptional wine list in a relaxed and contemporary dining space.
