The location, looking out onto the surrounding greenery, sets the scene for the spa and leisure experience at the Solent Hotel and Spa, and on a sunny day it is highly recommended that you spend a little time in the outdoor spa lounge which includes a hot tub and relaxation space. The hot tub is a private facility that comes at an extra charge and is pre-bookable through the hotel, but is well worth the additional fee for rest and relaxation surrounded by bubbles.
Inside, facilities include a gym and aerobics studio, pool, fibre optic steam room, whirlpool, monsoon shower, relaxation area, and a colour therapy sauna. The spa also offers a collection of treatments using CND and Caudalie products.
