A lovely day retreat aimed at improving your wellbeing and fitness, the 17 acres of parkland are perfect for outdoor training, as is the gym with its extensive workout equipment. In the spa, there is a range of wet facilities, including a swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool and an ice room as well as a sauna and heated loungers. You can choose from a wide selection of spa treatments to enjoy – all luxurious and all designed to leave you feeling relaxed and glowing.

Relaxing has never looked so easy than at Reynolds Retreat’s Spa in Sevenoaks. The viewing windows provide ample opportunity for you to enjoy looking out on 17 acres of parkland while you sit back and take in the scenes before you. There are six treatment rooms, a 16m deck level pool, hydrotherapy spa pool, tiled aroma steam bath, Finnish sauna, monsoon showers, deep relax room, heated tiled loungers, individual foot spas, an ice fountain, and a manicure/pedicure room.
Highly professional therapists are on hand to provide a range of treatments using Decléor, Environ, Kissed by Mii, and Jessica products. The treatment menu is expansive and offers facial treatments, body massages, aromatherapy, maternity treatments, hand and foot treatments, therapies specifically for men, finishing touches, and lava shell massages.
The venue is set away in a 25,000 sq.ft. Victorian property with a walled garden and lime trees aplenty. Enjoy these views at the Waterleaf Restaurant with a largely superfoods based menu.
Please note: Aqua Aerobic classes will take place in the pool during certain periods of the day.
