Hotel & Accommodation
Lamphey Court Hotel is a Georgian mansion dating back to 1823 and surrounded by Pembrokeshire National Park only two miles from a swathe of secluded beaches. Part of the Best Western collection, the hotel’s 38 rooms and suites are contemporary but nonetheless sympathetic to the building’s heritage with a choice of accommodation in the main house or one of the courtyard rooms and studios.
The restaurant adheres to the Slow Food Movement – that is to say, ingredients are sourced locally with as little interference into the natural process as possible – in several menus including an informal Conservatory menu and Sunday lunch.
