Named for the abundant glass incorporated into its architecture, it is a purpose-built wellness destination offering tailor made retreats to help you live a healthier, fitter, and more relaxed life.
Covering all aspects of wellbeing from fitness to relaxation and nutrition. The environment itself has been created to enhance wellbeing; filled with natural light and plenty of space, it is tranquil as well as being environmentally friendly. The spa includes a range of facilities including a salt block sauna, cryo chamber, a gym and a heated leisure pool.
Meanwhile, there are twelve treatment rooms where therapists deliver a collection of therapies ranging from deep tissue massages, facials, nourishing wraps, cleansing scrubs, and full-body mineral boosts to the latest Dermalux® and Lipofirm technology treatments for enhanced skin health and focused cellulite reduction. There is also a ready supply of herbal tea and post-treatment restoration created in the form of plant-based cuisine created by their chef.
Hotel & Accommodation
Allowing you to become fully absorbed in the wellbeing experience, the retreat has elegant modern rooms and suites to stay in. Filled with natural light, like the rest of the retreat, thanks to large windows, each room is spacious, but with a sense of understated luxury thanks to beautiful soft furnishings, plush finishes and muted tones that inspire a sense of relaxation. Guests can choose from Superior Double rooms all the way up to Premier Doubles, all with two double beds in them making them perfect for a visit on your own or with a friend or loved one.
Co-founded by Joy Jarvis, a lifelong devotee of vegetarianism, Glass House champions nutrition as a key component of sustainable wellbeing. As a result, the spa restaurant is dedicated to a healthy vegan menu of seasonal fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains—local, fresh, and delivered daily. The whole purpose is to make you feel cared for, happier and healthier than when you arrived.
