East Sussex National Golf Resort and Spa
All rooms in this contemporary hotel overlook either the resort’s 18-hole championship golf course or the lush green South Downs countryside, setting the scene for a relaxing weekend getaway. To keep in shape, the hotel’s Health Club runs yoga, pilates and studio cycling classes, after which a refreshing swim in the indoor heated pool will be just the tonic. Besides an aromatherapy room and monsoon shower, the main event here are the luxury treatments, which range from an invigorating massage to a relaxing facial.

Family Friendly
Children are welcome at the hotel and to use the pool and facilities, and have designated swimming times. Please note there is also an aqua class available Monday-Thursday which guests can participate in, however children are unable to use the pool during these times.

Spa & Leisure
Used by members and hotel residents, Horsted Health Club at the East Sussex National, provides a space to work-out as well as relax thanks to the surrounding countryside and range of facilities. The gym has 50 pieces of equipment while there is also a selection of aerobics classes, a 20-metre pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room.
The spa area meanwhile has a salt vapour room, relaxation room, aromatherapy room, monsoon shower, sauna. Following refurbishment in 2020, the treatment rooms have been completely upgraded along with the spa consultation suite. Meanwhile, for relaxation they have introduced two new relaxation lounges - The Tranquility Lounge and The Relaxation Lounge, where spa guests can switch off and rejuvenate between treatments. Of course offers spa treatments using the ESPA product line including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures and finishing touches.
The spa also has its own dining experience - Eat, Drink, Retreat - where they serve a variety of food throughout the day including healthy brunches, sushi and bubbly cream teas.
