Set in an immaculately restored Grade II-listed Georgian property, Chichester HarSPA is located underground in the gorgeous Chichester Harbour Hotel and Spa. As well as a small gym, all guests have access to the steam room, hydrotherapy pool and of course the treatment rooms where you can indulge in a luxurious massage, facial or body treatment bought to you by skincare product house ESPA. All glammed up, head for the hotel’s seafood restaurant The Ship, for a delicious dinner made with local produce and seasonal ingredients.

This elegant hotel offers a sense of luxury at every turn, not least in its beautiful spa. The small but perfectly formed space is for those aged 16 and over only, and is all about feeling relaxed. There’s a compact gym, a hydro pool and steam room as well as treatment rooms offering a collection of face and body therapies. Please note there is no swimming pool at this spa.
