Health Spa Venue
Champneys offers a complete spa experience. Alcohol is rarely served and healthy food is part of the stay. Guests can wear robes to lunch and breakfast as well if they choose and facilities include a 25-metre pool, a whirlpool, two fitness studios, a hair salon, a gym, bikes to hire, and separate male and female spa facilities including saunas and steam rooms.

There is free on-site parking at the resort which is located between Bedford and Luton, and Cambridge is a 40-minute drive. Central London is also just an hour's drive away. The nearest train stations are Hitchin and Arlesey, which both welcome trains from London Kings Cross and Peterborough, and from there Champneys Henlow is only a 5-10 minute drive away.

The health spa is an adult only destination for those aged 16 and over only. However, those aged under 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all time including during treatments, whilst using the facilities and during personal training sessions.

With the River Hiz flowing through its perfectly preened gardens and in close proximity to the main building, few spas can lay claim to having their own weir. A wellbeing haven, facilities include a 25-metre pool surrounded by flotation beds, a whirlpool, a thalassotherapy pool, two fitness studios with up to 20 classes a day, a hair salon, a gym, bikes to hire, a women's laconium and steam room, a men’s steam room and sauna, a mixed poolside sauna and an infrared booth. There are also tennis courts, badminton courts, changing rooms equipped with GHD straighteners and Dyson hair dryers, a newly renovated relaxation conservatory and TV area, and a spa boutique stocked with Champneys, Clarins and Elemis products.

Retaining an element of Georgian flair alongside its twist on Venetian style, the hotel has 71 spacious rooms and suites, each offering luxury bathrooms with signature Champneys toiletries and views of the tranquil grounds.
Believing food is as much a part of the wellbeing experience as your spa treatments, Champneys Henlow Grange aims to serve a menu that’s both healthy and a delight for the senses. Very little alcohol is available, and meals are nutritious gourmet cuisine, beautifully presented and using fresh locally sourced ingredients. Overnight guests get breakfast, a buffet lunch and a three course dinner, whilst spa day guests get a buffet lunch included in their spa experience.
