Champneys Forest Mere resort has a peaceful secluded location, within an hour's drive of central London and 10 minutes away from the nearest train station, Liphook. There is free on-site parking, and the coast at Portsmouth is a 35-minute drive away.

Adults Only
The health spa is an adult only destination for those aged 16 and over only. However, those aged under 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all time including during treatments, whilst using the facilities and during personal training sessions.

In this beautiful lakeside setting, Champneys Forest Mere brings health and wellbeing to a new level, taking its ethos from its founding principles as one of the UK’s first health spa destinations. Your time at Champneys includes complimentary robe hire and flip flops to keep, full access to a wide selection of fitness classes in two fitness studios, a fully equipped gym and all of the accompanying spa facilities including a 25 metre indoor swimming pool, a 15 metre outdoor pool (open seasonally), an outdoor hydropool and relaxation area, a snow room, rainforest showers, a whirlpool and Jacuzzi, a unisex sauna, male and female saunas and steam rooms, a thalassotherapy pool, a rasul mud chamber, flotation beds, a hair salon and a mani and pedi station. There are also tennis courts within the grounds, bikes available to hire, resort walks, a piano room and beautiful relaxation spaces throughout.
In this adult only spa where innovative yet traditional spa treatments are part of the experience, extra treatments can also be added to your break but should be booked at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. The spa has its own premium product line, 43 treatment rooms and an Alternative Health Clinic where you can receive therapeutic treatments such as Reiki, Graphology and Palmistry. There is also a boutique spa shop offering Champneys, Clarins and Elemis products for sale.

The Manor House is framed by 160 acres of enchanting woodland and sweeping greenery, positioned near a tranquil lake. Some rooms overlook the forest lake, brimming with wildlife, others look out over the outdoor pool or the courtyard. All ground floor rooms have their own patio, and if you upgrade to a suite it includes fresh flowers, fruit and Champneys gifts. There are also four Shepherd’s Huts to stay in within the hotel grounds - designed for two people for extra privacy and total down time.
Believing food is as much a part of the wellbeing experience as your spa treatments, Champneys Forest Mere aims to serve a menu that’s both healthy and a delight for the senses. Very little alcohol is available, and meals are nutritious gourmet cuisine, beautifully presented and using fresh locally sourced ingredients, often grown in their vegetable gardens. Overnight guests get breakfast, a buffet lunch and a three course dinner, whilst spa day guests get buffet lunch included in their spa experience.
