With an eclectic mix of treatments on offer, this day spa has everything from a hair cut and blow dry to ancient therapies based on Oriental methodologies. There’s a pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and after that, the type of treatment you indulge in depends on what your wellness goals are. A range of Ayurvedic treatments are on the menu, as well as reflexology, facials and massages and even intravenous vitamin therapy is available to increase energy levels and reduce stress.

Just off the Fulham Road, The Chelsea Health Club & Spa is a modern emporium dedicated to fitness and wellbeing. Alongside the latest in exercise technology from heart rate training systems and Boditrax analysis to a Kinesis wall, Vibro Plates, a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, plunge pool, and outdoor running track, there is a fusion of wellbeing influences in the Antara Spa. Please note, use of the gym is not included in your package, so if you would like to use the gym facilities it will come at an additional cost.
Merging Ayurvedic, Oriental, and European therapies the spa takes an integrated approach to preventing and treating illness through lifestyle interventions and natural therapies using CACI and Endermologie products alongside a collection of specialised treatments such as Champissage, Reflexology, and Shirodhara. The club is also home to a Lounge and Restaurant which features a healthy menu and wide range of dishes to complement all that hard work you have put in throughout your visit, or simply providing a space for a welcome tea or coffee!

While the Antara Spa at The Chelsea Health Club & Spa does not have overnight accommodation in itself, they have teamed up with the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea FC, to offer guests the unique opportunity to extend their spa experiences to overnight stays. Just a short walk from the spa itself, along the Kings Road in the heart of fashionable Chelsea, rooms are spacious and contemporary, stylish and sophisticated. Meanwhile, the five star hotel is also perfectly located to spend the day in the spa before enjoying a night out in London - perhaps at the West End or followed by a day of retail therapy.
While you have your choice of exceptional restaurants in this elegant part of London, the hotel’s own dining options are highly recommended. Breakfast is served in the cool, calm and contemporary 55 Restaurant, where light bites and drinks are also available throughout the day. For more substantial, but relaxed meals, there is also Frankie's Sports Bar & Diner, an American-style sports bar.
