Spacious facilities include a gym area which offers cutting edge technology in the form of LifeFitness equipment as well as personal entertainment centres with 19” touch screens and iPad docks. This is accompanied by personal trainers, fitness classes, a yoga and meditation room, a spectacular swimming pool, a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and a Lounge Bar for healthy and nourishing dishes.
Meanwhile, there are nine treatment rooms where therapists offer a unique and luxurious therapies using aromatherapy as well as the Valmont and Aromatherapy Associates product lines. They offer a 360 degree approach to personal wellbeing with therapist experience encompassing everything from personal training and nutrition to reiki and meditation. For example, there is a private Hammam for purifying scrubs and massages, a Vichy shower for cleansing hydrotherapy rituals and London’s first Watsu pool for tailored hydro-treatments and guided meditation. After your treatment, you can head to the relaxation room, and continue to feel a million miles away from the city above.
Hotel & Accommodation
On the corner of London’s luxury triptych between Mayfair, Soho and St James, Hotel Cafe Royal is the historic hotel that has been welcoming guests for 150 years. From Oscar Wilde to Muhammad Ali, this hotel has always been the place to see and be seen, with impeccable style throughout from the Superior Guestrooms to the Royal Wing. Inside it straddles the line between contemporary flair and original features, which are highlighted through careful decor - it’s wonderfully romantic and the service is impeccable.
To stand out in London, food really has to be exceptional, and this legendary Regent Street address has long been the capital's hub for fine food, wine and conversation. Oscar Wilde liked the wine (which is why one of the bars is named after him), and Churchill liked the steak, and with two bars and one restaurant as well as space for afternoon tea, there’s plenty to indulge in. For botanical cocktails head to the Green Bar, while Papillon serves all meals and a British menu with a French twist.
